–Roberson’s girls track & field finishes 2nd in 3-A Finals

GREENSBORO - The "Runnin’ Lady Rams" scored 53.5 points to take second place in the NCHSAA 3-A Track & Field State Meet held on Friday.  Jacksonville scored 74 to take the top spot.

–Former Erwin & App State lineman to have jersey retired

LEICESTER - January 30, 2008 - Erwin High School will be retiring the jersey (#50) of former Warrior, John Holt, who was a three year starter on the line for the football team.  He graduated in 2003, leaving school early to enter Appalachian State in January 2004, where he received a full ride to play football.
