–6th Annual NSR/NSA Fall Talent Search Showcase to be held in Salisbury
9 October 2007SALISBURY - October 9, 2007 - The 6th Annual National Scouting Report/National Softball Association Fall Talent Search Showcase will be held in Salisbury, NC at the Salisbury Community Park off of Hurley School Road on Saturday, October 21 and Sunday October 22, 2007. Twenty-eight teams, 16 in 18U and 12 in 16U, have signed up to play.

FRANKLIN - October 4, 2007 - ACA’s Zach Barnette finished third overall leading the Lions boys team to a narrow victory over Hendersonville, 49-50, to win the Franklin Invite at Enloe Farms on Thursday afternoon. Jake Swimmer (18:27) from Cherokee was the medalist, followed by Hayesville’s Tyler Breedlove (18:44.16).
