–Enka wins second straight MAC baseball tournament over Roberson

SKYLAND - With Roberson hosting the MAC baseball tournament, one would think that the Rams would have the biggest advantage playing on their own field, but the Enka Jets used a nine run fourth inning, including two home runs, to blow open a 5-2 lead and the Jets cruised to 14-2 win over Roberson in the finals of the MAC baseball tournament.

Enka also won last year’s tournament against the Rams in Franklin.

Roberson was down 5-0 in the top of the fourth, but scored two runs to pull within three.  But the Jets came out with the bats-a-blazing in the bottom of the inning.  Kramer Clark and Cody Jones both hit homers, with Clark’s three-run blast and Jones’ grand slam highlighting the nine run inning.
