–ACA pounds out 15 hits in win over Shannon Forest

GREENVILLE, SC - March 20, 2008 - For the second time in less than a week, the ACA Lions scored 20 runs in a ballgame, this time against Shannon Forest in a 20-4 victory.

Last Friday, March 14, the Lions defeated Spartanburg Day 20-1.

The winning pitcher was Adam Coneys, who pitched only 1.1 inning, picked up his first victory of the young season.

Senior catcher, John Berger, was perfect at the plate, going 2 for 2 with a double, 3 RBI’s and two runs scored.

ACA is now 3-2 overall and 2-0 in conference, while Shannon Forest in 1-2 overall.
