–Christ School brings home 2nd straight NCISAA title

RALEIGH - February 23, 2007 - With their all time high of 34 victories in a season, Christ School, led by Mason Plumlee’s 15 points, captured their second straight NCISAA 3-A basketball championship on Saturday.  The Greenies defeated the Bengals from Greensboro Day, 50-41.

This is also the third title in the past four years.

Both Plumlee and teammate Lakeem Jackson (12 points) were named to the All-State team.

Dee Giger was the third player scoring in double figures for the Greennies with 10.
