February 18, 2008 - The Mountain Athletic Conference basketball championship gets underway with the girls starting things off today. 

Both the Roberson boys and girls are the #1 seeds for the tournament that will be played at Erwin High School.

#2 Franklin vs. #7 Tuscola - 5:00
#3 North Buncombe vs. #6 Erwin - 6:30
#4 Asheville vs. #5 Enka - 8:00

Wednesday
#1 Roberson vs. #4 Asheville-#5 Enka winner - 6:30
#2 Franklin-#7 Tuscola vs. #3 N Buncombe-#6 Erwin - 8:00

Friday
Championship - 6:30

Basketball - Boys

Tuesday
#2 Asheville vs. #7 Tuscola - 5:00
#3 North Buncombe vs. #6 Enka - 3:00

Thursday
#1 Roberson vs. Erwin-Franklin winner - 6:30
