ASHEVILLE - October 25, 2007 - Nine teams from Western North Carolina, along with Watauga, are still in the running for the state championships in all four divisions and two of the games put teams together for the third and fourth time this year.

The 1-A Big Smoky Mountain Conference champs, Swain, meets Murphy for the third time.  In the 2-A Western Athletic Conference, Pisgah and Brevard meet for the second time.  Swain took three matches over Murphy, 3-1, 3-0 during the regular season and 3-0 in the conference tournament.
